The unique and proven Kineo system - which never requires the spoke tensioning maintenance of a traditional wire wheel - enables the 'Classic Spoked Look' for your BMW R18 wheels... but with all the dynamic handling and safety benefits provided by modern tubeless tyres. They are also fully TÜV approved for legal street/road use where required and still compatible with tubed-type off road tyres too.

Built to order in your chosen colour combination - and supplied complete and ready for easy installation, after simply mounting your discs and tyres - Kineo wheels are an extremely straightforward drop-in upgrade, with no bike modifications required at all.
Uniquely, Kineo wheels are the only wire-spoked wheel TÜV approved for legal street/road use where required.
Although we do not designate these as "lightweight" wheels, there is ordinarily a weight saving benefit over a bike's original wheels, especially when you take into consideration the removal of the weight of inner tubes. Please see approximate example Kineo wheel weights below...
Front 3.5 x 16" = 5.0 kg
Front 3.5 x 19" = 5.8 kg
Front 3.5 x 21" = 5.9 kg
Rear 5.0 x 16" = 7.5 kg
Rear 6.0 x 18" = 8.3 kg
Rear 8.0 x 18" = 10.1 kg
**Optional oversized 8.0" x 17.0" or 18.0" rear wheel available to accommodate 240mm tyre. Please be aware, to install and remove this size of wheel it's necessary to completely disassemble the shaft drive mechanism on the right of the bike.
